Penthouse Avocado with sea view and big top veranda

Good communicating and quite flexible owner, smooth handover, relaxing, calm and safe area (when no construction), pool, nice view at night to the city of Benidorm. Spacious places in the apartment.

Basically the apartment fits to the Booking description and providing the equipments that are visible on the photos uploaded. On our overall experience however ( that we all felt in the family) that the price-value ratio of this comfort is far from the level we get used to in other Mediterranean holiday homes. Here are just a few examples: cleaning (esp. windows) were far from perfect, no bedlamps in the rooms, nor nigthstands, no rugs to make the places a bit more cosy, hangers in the cupboard are the free weak ones, no hangers for the towels or shelfes for washing stuffs in the bathrooms, the kitchen equipment was poor for cooking for 6 persons, neither the indoor table has 6 chairs but only 4, glasses and cups are not full sets but a big mixture, most of them not enough for 6 person. The top veranda can be used only very early in the morning or later in the evening becasue of the sun and hot. Both the lounge set and the dining set is placed here, but carrying all items up and down for the eatings and the pillows for the lunge sofas for sure not comfortable at all. The terrace on the living level is not furnished thus can not be used unfortunately. The landlord asked for a deposit which is not usual and this lack of trust was a bit embarrasing. (especially that we have paid a lot of money for the whole period for the max of 6 person despite that we used the apartment only 3 of us in most of the time) The owner's biggest focus was on how to protect their own stuffs and how to behave not to make any harm in their property. No questions or any special focus on the guest needs and comfort. When we have been there there were a lot of constructions in the neighbourhood where the work started after 7 o'clock with quite a big noise. Also 2-3 giant crane were circulating over our heads in the top veranda. The owner said she was not aware of it at all - but honestly they should have seen it at least during the handover.

Beautiful penthouse made for relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to solo travellers, couples and other people who want to relax and recharge. Coffee on big top veranda with beautiful views and very comfy beds. Super nice owners. We will be back in summer for a longer stay!

The apartment was very clean. We liked the comfy beds and the huge veranda with a barbecue area plus everything you need in the kitchen. We had a relaxing stay and will definitely be back for a few days this summer!

We had a very nice stay at this spacious property apartment Avocado. The apartment was very clean, the hosts nice and the terrace on the top was breath taking. It was only a few people around the pool and the sun beds were comfortable.

Our stay was unfortunately much to short.
