This Tropic Winds Condo is located directly on the beach and has 3 Bedrooms & 3 Full Bathrooms, Located on the 6th floor the condo has Beachfront views that you just dream of. The very oversized, 10' x 28' balcony is amazing!! Just minutes from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. We are located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park on the quiet west end of the beach. It is a perfect retreat whether your looking for family time, a fun filled vacation, a relaxing quiet time or a romantic getaway.
Upon arrival you will park in your OWN assigned parking space just a few feet from the elevators. Extra Paid parking across the street.
The kitchen is completely ready and waiting for you with everything you will need. Stainless steel appliances with extra large Refrigerator & Freezer and Microwave and Dishwasher.
All new wood look tile floors.
We want you to enjoy your beach experience as much as your time in the condo, and have provided for your convenience including a Tea pot and crock pot.

This condo is awesome. It has three nice sized bedrooms and baths, a comfortable living area and a big balcony. It is the best-stocked place we have ever stayed. There are ample cups, plates, glasses, and utensils. We cooked all but one meal there and had no problems. They also had available multiple beach chairs, beach towels and toys. There were plenty of games and books. I loved the way that Tropic Beach Getaways got all of the information we needed to us ahead of time; there was nothing last minute. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. One thing I would suggest is that you go and immediately reserve your beach chairs that are put out every morning. Once you do, they are yours every day of your stay.

Third time to stay here. Weather was great. Nice having 3 bedrooms and 3 bath rooms. Large balcony was very enjoyable. Just about everything you need at the beach was provided( sand toys, etc)

The condo was very nice. The only complaint was that the floors were sticky and dirty in the bedroom and bath areas.
Also was not happy with parking. We had two vehicles (trucks) and one parking spot. The turning radius in the garage is not wide enough and u have to stop and back up on each floor coming in and going out. Also parking scarce for second vehicle. Had me parked in a vender parking place. Overall we had a good time but not sure I would recommend to friends.
