Un appartement très clair, très agréable, très bien situé, avec une magnifique terrasse, et le plaisir de voir chaque matin le soleil se lever au-dessus des pins. Il ne manque absolument rien pour le confort. Un dernier point positif : la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire.

Merci pour cette très agréable semaine que nous avons passé dans votre logement. Il est très bien entretenu et dispose de tout ce dont nous avions besoin et même plus. La résidence est calme et verdoyante et a 5min a pieds de la plage. Que du positif pour nous. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour

Malgré le temps qui n'était pas idéal en ce mois de mai, nous avons pu profiter de cet appartement situé dans un magnifique parc. C'est une période où il n'y a pas encore trop de monde. Appartement fonctionnel et idéal pour un couple avec une superbe terrasse, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour. L'arrière-pays est très beau.

L'appartement est très accueillant, le cadre de la résidence très agréable. La mer est juste à côté et les propriétaires des lieux à l'écoute et réactif auprès de leur locataire. Nous avons été très content de notre séjour.

Location idéale

Belle résidence très bien entretenue et appartement bien agencé. Immeuble proche de la piscine, de l’entrée piétonne mais pas de bruit gênant pour autant. Place parking privative en sous sol desservie par ascenseur. Épicerie avec rayon boulangerie à 2 minutes à pied, plage à 5 minutes à pied et autres commerces de bouche à 10 minutes à pied environ. Communication avec les propriétaires facile, réactive et agréable. Nous recommandons cette location pour un séjour à 2 ou avec des enfants.

L’appartement spacieux et très bien équipé ( il ne manque que le lave-linge disponible au bâtiment Goélia) dispose de nombreux rangements. La vue du balcon est un atout incontestable! La proximité de la mer (350 m), les piscines, la proximité des tennis (300 m) et du centre ville sont très appréciables. Nous avions peur que les banquettes de la pièce principale ne soient un peu « justes » pour nos deux ados car l’une d’elles mesures 1m80 mais elle y a très bien dormi sans être à l’étroit. Cette année, il n’y avait ni transats ni parasols à la piscine à cause du Covid mais cela est très ponctuel et indépendant de toute volonté! Par rapport à la résidence, si vous cherchez le calme, évitez juste les périodes trop estivales car c’est assez familial et il y a de la vie si on peut dire cela ainsi. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et réactifs. Je recommande vivement!!
