This spacious home offers everything you and even your extended family and friends need for a stay by the lake. With large rooms spaced across a single floor you'll find it easy to get around while retaining privacy between guests.
Is your boat a crucial component of your vacation? If so, this is the place for you. You'll find two buoyed boat anchors and room to park a couple of boat trailers, so it's easy to get out on the water.
Numerous large windows throughout the home provide incredible views of the lake and mountains. Either sitting inside or out on the deck, your surroundings are picture perfect! You'll feel yourself in the heart of eastern Washington's rugged wilderness while enjoying all the comforts of home.
Three bedrooms include multiple king beds, as well as twins and futon couches, ensuring everyone has a good night's rest. The full bathroom is furnished contemporarily and provides a great way to wash off the lake water in summer or to take a hot shower after a day of winter adventures.
The kitchen has all the necessities of home cooking, including pots, pans and dishware, making this a true home away from home. While you may want to bring specialty cookware, all the basics are provided for you.
Multiple living areas give you and your group plenty of space to gather in the evenings, for games or conversation, or to find a comfortable chair for some quiet reading time.
Dogs are welcome with a standard per dog, per night fee.

We do our absolute best to provide excellent support to our guests!
We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit. We have onsite property management that is available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.
MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

Absolutely loved the house and very well kept and stocked we needed nothing but food! The house is very private we will be returning again in the near future.

The house was listed accurately but we found the property to be better than it was described. The lawn down by the water was where most of our day was spent. We had games set up down below, on the south yard, and even on the two yard areas up top. It was so easy to live outside pretty much the whole time. Also, the working orchard was so great to be around. Workers came to prune and mow and we got to see a small part of how it all works. We loved this place!

This is a lovely home with very comfortable beds, and plenty of space indoor and out to enjoy the lovely views across Lake Osoyoos. There's bocce, cornhole and lots of grass for tossing balls to your dog. There's a farmstand down the road and a great grocery store in town. The owners encouraged us to pick nectarines and brought us some apples on our last day. I highly recommend this as an ideal family vacation rental. Remember to bring beach shoes for the pebbly beach bottom.
