The location was perfect in middle of matroh ... the view on sea was outstanding .... the staff was friendly .. the prices were very good ...the elevetaors are 8 so you had no problem ... the streets underneath was full of life and all stores are nearby.. the beds are not bad and they are clean.. the bathroom was clean and running
The noise in street was very loud .. you couldnt sleep even if you wanted ... the staff didnot try to help with the bags .. tv is old but good and running

What I loved most was the location. The property is right in the heart of everything, with Fathallah Market just downstairs and the Corniche only steps away. It is the first building by the Corniche, and the side view from the higher floors is absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. The staff were very helpful, the elevators were quick with no long waiting times, and everything you might need is nearby.
What I didn’t like was that the room setup was quite basic. There was also a lot of noise coming from the park or club behind the property. Parking is not available, and the surrounding area is very crowded, making it difficult to find a reasonably priced parking spot, especially since parking in Matrouh can be expensive.
The bathroom also lacked basic amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper.
