Door to the toilet in the master bath squeaks. The water never got hot despite our setting it to the maximum.

We loved our stay! The pool and pickleball court were nice and close, which we loved. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed!

This was a great space to gather with family and enjoy the hiking and other activities the area has to offer. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped for cooking breakfasts in. The deck upstairs was a great spot to hang out, and we loved how close the clubhouse was for a drink at the bar or dinner. Beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were all clean and nicely updated. We did a lot of laundry since one kid joined us from school and brought it with them- nice new high capacity washer and dryer and the provided drying rack made it easy to work through it all. We also contacted the property manager at one point with a question and they were super fast and friendly with their reply. Overall a great stay, thank you!

The interior was very dusty, almost like it was not occupied for a while or cleaned before. Upstairs patio was really dirty and we had the Ledges come clean it so we could use it. Found a couple roaches in the house at night. They should rethink the plants in the driveway as they make getting in/out of the cars difficult
We enjoy staying at the Ledges but this time at this property it was not enjoyable or as clean as we expected. We will stay at another unit in the property if we need to come back.
