Every comfort awaits at this Breckenridge condo, where you'll be just a few steps from the ski lifts and the center of historic Main Street. On the grounds of the renowned Main Street Station complex, you'll also have access to a large outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and a gym to keep your morning workouts on track.

Built in 2001, this condo is filled with sunlight streaming in through large windows, providing you with a bright, comfortable respite after days spent in the great outdoors. The 1,135-square-foot living space is accented by a gas fireplace, a private balcony, your very own washer/dryer, and an open kitchen with a new side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was a nice place & plenty of room! The downfalls to it were the fact that several of the furniture pieces were almost falling over because the legs were shit, the pull out couch mattress was old & had no cushion and lastly, the carpet looked as if someone had a party & spilled all over, but didn't care to clean it up.
