About this apartment rental
>ATTENTIONIf you love peace and quiet, a pretty garden, a terrace with lake views and direct access to the lake, then you are very welcome in our vacation apartment by the lake. Enjoy a cozy dinner on the terrace (Cobb grill available) or laze around in the sun on the comfortable sun loungers provided. For the sporty, there are 2 stand-up paddle boards available.
You can expect a modern apartment with all the comforts, located in a former agricultural estate that has been modernized and expanded over time.
As a small welcome gift, a selection of drinks and a fully automatic coffee machine with beans from a local roastery are provided, and the dishwasher takes care of the washing up.
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and controlled ventilation (pollen-free and pleasantly temperate even in midsummer). The apartment is particularly quiet thanks to elaborate sound insulation. All windows have insect screens, so you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open. Fast Wi-Fi throughout the garden and a 55" TV with cable connection offer modern comforts.
If you want to be lazy and the view of the lake becomes boring, Wasserburg/Inn, Lake Chiemsee, Munich, or Salzburg are within easy reach, even by train. Castles, museums, concerts, theaters, and numerous beer festivals await you. Or how about camel riding at the Bayernkamele in Valley?There is a wide range of options for bike tours and walks right outside the apartment. Books and maps for bike tours are available. The Wasserburg/Inn train station with a bakery and café is an 8-minute walk away. The nearest supermarket and inn are 1.7 km away.
In the adjacent carport, there is a wall box at the free parking space and the possibility to charge your e-bikes. The building is fully automatically heated with wood via a local heating pipe or by the sun and is mainly supplied with electricity from photovoltaics/batteries.

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach wunderbar. Hier fehlte es an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Accessoires sind liebevoll ausgesucht und es wurde sogar mit echten Blumen dekoriert.
Der Blick zum See war einfach traumhaft, auch wegen dem sehr gepflegten Rosengarten.
Zum Empfang gab es ein Carepaket mit frischen regionalen Produkten und Getränken. darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut.
Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Nach einer vom Zeitpunkt recht flexiblen Anreise, wurden wir erst einmal herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben freundliche Worte nach einer langen Fahrt erhalten. Die Wohnung ist so gut ausgestattet, dass auch einiges zu erklären war. Da waren wir schon mal angenehm überrascht.
Wir hatten nicht erwartet, eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln zu erhalten, die gab's aber trotzdem: Hochwertige Kaffeebohnen, Freilandeier, Marmeladen, Honig, gute Butter und auch ein paar gekühlte Willkommensgetränke :-)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem Badesee, in der Beschreibung wird hier auch nicht übertrieben: man geht tatsächlich von den hochwertigen Gartenliegen ins Wasser.
Es hat uns weder technisch, noch was den Einrichtungsgeschmack angeht irgendwas gefehlt. Mitte der Woche wurden netterweise die Handtücher getauscht - auch das hatten wir in unseren vielen Urlauben noch nicht.

Die FEWO-App ist eine Katastrophe!
Wasserburg ist als Ort nicht so schön, wie er im Internet beschrieben wird. Das Grundstück ist aber sehr schön!
Fazit:
Die Wohnung hat zwar ihren Preis, aber der Komfort ist bestechend. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!
