- 1 king-size double bedroom with a terrace and sea view (and 1 single bed)
- 1 double room with a single bed
- A light-filled living room with 2 panoramic terraces, sofa (sofa-bed), table and satellite Smart TV LG 4K UHD
- A light-filled and fully equipped kitchen with: essentials, dishes, pots, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric coffee and cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster and a panoramic terrace with a table
- 2 independent bathrooms with a shower, bath, hairdryer and toiletry items
- 1 small storage room
The apartment offers Air Conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, mosquito net, washing machine, linen, towels and free private parking.

THE AREA
Located in the countryside of Ischia, the Villa is a perfect heaven surrounded by the beauty of nature. It is 900 meters far from the closest bus station so we recommend our guests to rent a scooter or car in order to enjoy a more comfortable holiday and for discovering the island in the best way. We can help you get it easily through a local company and you can find the vehicle directly at the Villa or Port.
THE DISTRICT
Via Corbaro, close to Via Bocca, is one of the most typical street of Ischitan countryside. With large vineyards and dry stone walls of Green Tuff stones called “parracine”, its historical identity still remains intact. Full of typical restaurants, you can live a real experience enjoying the breath-taking landscapes and the colourful sunsets. There are many trekking trails leading to the Mount Santa Maria and Mount Epomeo where you can reach the highest and panoramic peak on the island of Ischia.
“Villa Titina – Sunset Apartments” is not far from: Citara Bay, Giardini Ravino, Giardini La Mortella, Thermal Garden Poseidon, Forio Centre, Sant’Angelo, Sorgeto Bay, Thermal Park Negombo, Cava dell’Isola Beach, Chiaia Beach, San Francesco Beach, Mount Epomeo, Mount Santa Maria. The place is ideal for long country walks and Trekking.

All Guests have access to the whole apartment, the parking and the panoramic garden of Villa Titina with an outdoor hot shower.

Our guests can book the transfer from Capodichino Airport and Central Station of Napoli and vice versa. It should be booked at least 4 days before.

We stayed at the Villa Titina property on our recent trip to Italy and we had an excellent stay! The property owner was the most hospitable vrbo owner we have ever worked with and property was really incredible. The location of the property is definitely a highlight. It's in a very peaceful area up in the hills and views are amazing. There are quite a few really nice restaurants within walking distance, and the property was exceptionally well maintained. Everything was very clean, and the host did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely recommend this host and property to anyone visiting the island of Ischia. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay on the island was perfect. 10/10!

This apartment is unbelievable. It is clean and well equipped. Several delicious restaurants near the Villa. The view from all balconies is amazing. The Manager takes care of every wish, is always available and a perfect host. All these facts combined with the beauty of the island let us have an unforgettable time. If you are looking for the best holiday, you have to go to this apartment. We will be back for sure.

This place is ABSOLUTELY stunning. I’m not usual to write reviews, but this time is a must, because my wife an I had a perfect holiday in this beautiful villa and it’s simply even nicer than you can image from pictures. We came from Germany by car and will always carry in our hearts the beautiful sunset that we could see every day and the panoramic breakfast with cornetto ischitano on the terrace. Outstanding was the cleaning and the style of the apartment ,the villa also has a private parking and a large garden with outdoor hot shower, but the best thing is the view and the very relaxing silence. The owner Salvatore gave incredible attentions to us, we can absolutely recommend Villa Titina and Ischia. We’ll definitely come back Salvatore thank you!

L'appartamento è veramente bello, con ampi spazi e tenuto perfettamente. Le terrazze vista mare sono meravigliose, e volendo c'è anche un giardino comune con sdraio, doccia termale, e tavolo da pranzo con affaccio sul mare. Tutto molto signorile, silenzioso ed ideale per rilassarsi. Ovviamente ci vuole un mezzo di trasporto (meglio lo scooter, anche se c'è il parcheggio privato) e non è adatto a chi vuole soggiornare nel caos della movida. Noi abbiamo trovato divertente girare l'isola in scooter e tornare la sera in questa magnifica proprietà. Unico neo le zanzariere non perfette in alcune stanze (e in tutta Ischia servono)
