Super locatie, rustige omgeving, mooi uitzicht, groot zwembad. Top consierge Andrew met raad en daad.
Lawaai bovenburen wanneer aanwezig, weinig tot niet uitgeruste keuken. 3e slaapkamer te klein, geen kast beschikbaar voor kleren. (Wel een kast die op slot is.) Slechts één kamer met airco. Beneden slaapkamer met (te)kleine douche en schimmel. Vermelding twee badkamers klopt niet, boven wc met lavabo is geen badkamer!
