away from the old town of Albufeira so more quiet, close to beach - few minutes walk to closest beach, spacious house with upper balcony, lovely garden, great pool, cul-de-sac quiet road, all rooms are good size, indoor and outdoor dining tables were great : )
saw cockroaches in kitchen, on stove!! Very little TP and trash bags, we had to replenish almost upon arrival and no laundry soap either : (

Great location - walking distance to supermarket, beaches and restaurants all approximately within 20 minutes! Although surrounded by other villas, it was a quiet location - but in all honesty, we were the only ones there!
Too many ants, especially around the entrance/exit gate - and they bite!

everything as expected and nice outdoor space with pool and table.
all was good. If there is anything slightly negative it would be that it’s a little dated and location can be noisy at weekend with W hotel events close by
