Only location

Cleanliness, lack of basics including soap and coffee. Everything was very old, including bedding. Kitchen was dirty, including utensils.

Spacious and quiet. We didn't have the chance to enjoy the patio, but it looked nice. The house is quite spacious and the location very quiet. The host seemed nice.

A bit dusty. As an allergic person I couldn't stay in the main room, because of the carpet on the floor and the blankets, but the smaller room was ok.

You get what you pay for!

It was cheap…

We thought the property looked a little tired / rustic from the pictures but it had good reviews and wasn’t expensive so we booked for 3 nights. Unfortunately, it was dirty and need of complete renovation. The Children’s bunk bed had a screw missing, we couldn’t get the bathroom window to open, the beds and sofas weren’t very comfortable. The local village is run down. We used it as a base and spent as little time there as possible. Disappointing!

A big house with a small garden. The host is friendly and ready to help. There is a big kitchen well equipped.

The furniture of the house is very old, the beds are not comfy. This place needs to be refreshed and well cleaned.

Il manque un grille-pain et une horloge sur le four pour régler le temps de cuisson et le lit dans la deuxième chambre qui ne permet pas de border les draps et les couvertures.

A éviter.

L'hôte est gentil et le gîte est bien placé, mais tout le mobilier est très has-been, pas de décoration uniforme, électricité à refaire et une finition approximative. Les draps sont en supplément (compris dans les autres gites où j'ai séjourné) et tous disparates. Le jardin n'était pas fait de puis longtemps. C'est dommage, les volumes des pièces sont agréables et il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire. Bien refait, il pourrait être agréable mais là, on n'avait juste pas envie de rester.

Buon compromesso per una notte al Mont

Il contesto di campagna a pochi minuti da Mont Saint Michel è impagabile. La casa ha un bel giardino esterno e si trova su due piani. L'host è stato davvero molto simpatico e cordiale, ci ha regalato delle spezie fatte in casa da lui e parlava inglese (cosa non facile da trovare in Francia). Posto auto nel cortile interno comodissimo. Molto pittoresco anche il cortile con le galline. Wifi veloce.

La casa è molto datata non solo nella struttura ma anche negli arredi. L'aspetto generale è quello di una casa "della nonna". Sanitari e lavandino della cucina un po' datati (seppur puliti). Qualche ragnatela qua e là. L'host è molto attento alla pulizia da parte degli ospiti e chiede di provvedere attentamente anche ai pavimenti, non è un malus in generale ma per la cifra richiesta (128 a notte ad agosto) uno avrebbe piacere anche di rilassarsi maggiormente senza preoccuparsi di ogni singola briciola. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non sono compresi nel prezzo (10 euro extra e il letto te lo devi fare tu).
