Property location is excellent. Just walk across the street to get to the beach. There was a little store next-door for any needs plus a Subway. This unit faces the beach & the pool area. The building property was kept up nicely & so was the landscaping. Parking garage was ideal & provided carts to transfer belongings up to the unit.Actual unit was kept clean & provided the basics needed for cooking. Minimal towels are provided. I knew this from a review so I took extra sets of bath towels. Also brought our own pillows. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer on hand. But when I opened the dryer, there were damp carpets left in it. And the dryer vent was overflowing. I cleaned all that up so that we could use it. Only one roll of toilet paper is provided for each bathroom. Needless to say that would not be enough for a week stay. We reached out to unit owner along with needing extra kitchen garbage bags and key fob for the exercise room. All were provided quickly. Also when we arrived, the dishwasher had some food remnants in it & the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Each renter is to turn on the dishwasher when they leave. I don’t think this was done and the dirty dishes were put away. So we ran all the dishes & other necessary items through the dishwasher before using them. Otherwise, the unit was clean & we enjoyed our time there. Liked sitting on the balcony & watching the ocean. Beach was clean & not crowded. Advise go to Port St Joes for food.

We enjoyed staying in this property. Easy access to beach, the pool, and the room. The parking garage was also very handy.

Great location and condo was perfect for us and our granddaughter for a few days. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom.
