Located on the first floor, right next to Place des Prêcheurs, Place du Palais de Justice, Place des Trois Ormeaux, Cours Mirabeau, and Place de la Mairie, this 150 m² apartment, featuring a magnificent 50 m² terrace, is located on the first floor and will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Provence.
The Mignet apartment features a spacious living room equipped with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi. It opens onto the dining room and the kitchen, which is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, a wide variety of cooking and entertaining utensils, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
It features three bedrooms with queen-size beds, three bathrooms—one with a bathtub and two with showers—and two toilets, one of which is separate.
All the main rooms of the apartment open onto the terrace, which features an outdoor seating area and an outdoor table overlooking a completely peaceful courtyard garden.

I would highly recommend this apartment. Very clean and attractive. Great location. Within walking distance to everything in central Aix. Laurent is a gentleman and was a pleasure to do business with - great host. I hope to rent this apartment again in the future.

Spacious apartment with wonderful terrace! We could walk to everything in old town Aix- market, museums, restaurants, shopping. Wonderful bakery just downstairs and delicious patisserie further down street. Also little grocery store for milk, yogurt and butter. Bigger grocery store just a few blocks away. The Tuesday-Thursday- Saturday market for more fresh food delicacies is just footsteps away! We loved our family's stay.

We really enjoyed our 9 day stay in this spotless, spacious, tastefully decorated apartment. Minutes from the cours Mirabeau, the heart of the historic city center and a market, steps from 3 different boulangeries/pâtisseries (no less), this apartment on the first floor of an historic building is wonderfully located. We enjoyed the terrace for breakfast and our evening meals.Also, Kim and Lea were a pleasure to deal with. They showed a lot a patience and understanding with our planning modifications due to the strikes affecting train schedules that month. It was a wonderful vacation and we definitely will be back.
