Apartment building in a quiet, green location
The house is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet location in the idyllic Punat. It is on the south-western side of the large Adriatic island of Krk, in one of the sheltered bays.
The beach is about 400-500 metres away and the nearest shops about 600 metres.
The apartments the house offers can accommodate two to six people. All the apartments have fully-equipped kitchens with gas and electric hobs, an oven, a fridge and a coffee machine. Clean bedlinen and towels are changed regularly and there is also a washing machine available. Some apartments have air conditioning. There is free wireless Internet access throughout the house.
Apartment No. 1 on the first floor has two bedrooms equipped with double beds measuring 180x200.
1 bedroom has its own balcony and air conditioning.
1 bedroom has 2 windows facing east, the room always has a pleasant freshness from the hills!
Kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to prepare a meal for 4 people with a dining area and a large balcony with an awning.
We live in a house where there are also apartments, we are always there if you need anything else.
The outside of the house has a laundry room with three washing machines that are also available to guests, providing you with all the comforts of home. 1 parking space is provided for each apartment!
