The property was beautiful and located within walking distance of everything. The staff was very responsive and helpful. And very pleasant to deal with. They even arranged transportation for us. I would absolutely stay here again.

La ubicación es perfecta, la casa es hermosa y amplia. El servicio y la limpieza super bueno. Suficientes toallas, las sábanas bien, la cocina muy bien equipada. El roof top es precioso y la vista es inmmejorable. Además la casa es muy silenciosa, pese a estar en el puro centro de San Miguel; incluso de una habitación a otra no se escucha.
El internet no está bien, es muy inestable y a veces se va por un buen rato. Estando de paseo no es tan grave, aunque para escuchar música desde Spotify no funciona porque se corta. También tratamos de ver un evento por tv y no pudimos por la inestabillidad de la señal. En la ducha del baño de arriba llega muy poca agua y solo muy caliente. Realmente no es cómodo usarlo. En las duchas de abajo si llega suficiente agua.

Food N/A Excellent location and staff.
To many un even steps! ( Floor Lighting would help and signs.) Several of Us fell when arrive to Casa Beckmann during the tour. Unsafe Need warning signs and more lighting throughout the hotel.
