    > I saw many bad reviews about this hotel, but because of the price, I still decided to give it a try. However, our experience turned out to be completely different from what was written online. When we checked in, we met Ella, and she truly made all the difference. She was so sincere, attentive, and caring, which made our entire stay a very pleasant one.     staff were exceptionally kind and tried to be helpful. But communication in English were not easy. room was quiet, clean and spacious.

    lovely hotel, breakfast buffet very ordinary. concierge very helpful, reception staff very limited English .there are several Hilton's in lijiang so be careful your booking, this Hilton quiet area away from hustle and noise
