This unit features a wonderful spacious balcony that is 30 feet long, new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and free WiFi and the elevator is situated close to the front door of the unit.

The condo is exactly as the pictures and adequately equipped with everything to make it your vacation home that you don't want to leave. The Gulf views are fantastic from the huge balcony. The nights were cool enough that we could open the doors to enjoy the night air and waves. Each door had screens including the front door so you can get a cross breeze. Definitely will rent this unit again.

Main refrigerator had gone out prior to us arriving. Spare refrigerator was out of the way in a good location. We never were able to get it to cool properly. Had to throw away some food. Talked some friends of ours into booking with B&S same condo and they had no internet or able to watch any TV during their stay. Hoping it didn’t discourage them from future bookings. Both of these issues were out of the normal from all of our previous stays. Everything else was perfect as it always is.

Honest review:When you first walk in there is a distinct musty smell. I’m not sure if this is good or not but we did become nose blind to it after while and didn’t notice it as much. When we got there we noticed that the refrigerator didn’t seem to be working. The guidebook/app says to wait 12 hours for it to cool down and to buy ice to cool food. Thankfully, we waited because the next morning it still wasn’t working. We notified Brooks & Shorey and someone came out and couldn’t fix it. They did arrange for a backup refrigerator to be brought in for us to use. We wound up use DoorDash to get some food in because we (we didn’t rent a car) had to wait for the fridge to cool down. The unit itself is need of a really good scrubbing. It’s a very spacious condo, the furniture and beds are comfortable. The balcony and view are just as pictured.
