Convenient location, very modern with all amenities, clean, and host support throughout

There was an issue with accessing the apartment block with the code provided however other residents were kind enough to key me in before the host made a few enquiries before providing a new code.

Location really close to the centre, 10minutes by walk to Rynek. Great communication with host.

It was not clean. Sparks came out of the socket in the bedroom, and the LED lights in the living room were flickering strangely. The cover on the electrical panel was open. There was dust on the light fixtures, and stains on the couch and also on the bed. A very cold draft was coming through the windows.

Fast check-in. Close to tram line.

Dirty pillows and walls and overall not that clean.

The place was modern. But overall we didn’t rate it highly.

First of all there was noticeable sewage smell from the toilet. Air refresher has been placed there so I assume this is a known issue. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Most apartments we stay in Wroclaw have it. Bed very uncomfortable - I resorted to sofa as much better. No hand towels and a tiny square cloth (that looks like hand towel - provided as a bath mat!) I asked if it’s possible to have slightly later checkout (1h!) was told that I need to pay 50 PLN for this. It’s ok if you can’t offer it - just say you can’t reschedule cleaner. But the response felt like an attempt to just make more money. I didn’t like it. No shops/restaurants super nearby - good 10 mins walk.
