The villa, built in typical Sardinian style, is located 200 metres from the beautiful bay of La Marinedda. The magnificent building overlooks the beach and enjoys an exceptional view, allowing one to admire unforgettable sunsets over the Gulf of Asinara.
Surrounded by a large fenced property, the villa is just a stone's throw from the sea. It has a large paved courtyard with an adjacent lawn and a large barbecue with a brickwork counter. At the back of the villa is a large veranda and a large area surrounded by trees. The house has two terraces: a large one on the roof, ideal for sunbathing, and a smaller one overlooking the sea, perfect for breakfast or an aperitif. The existing outdoor lighting creates a romantic atmosphere in the garden in the evening.
The interior of the villa has recently undergone extensive renovation. The living area consists of a large living room with a sea view, a spacious dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, also with a view of the bay, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is heated by a pellet stove and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, espresso machine and plenty of crockery, everything a holidaymaker could wish for. The living room has an LCD satellite TV, stereo and DVD player for your entertainment. The house also has a washing machine.
The village of Isola Rossa is about 1.5 km from the villa. Here you will find all the necessary services for holidaymakers: supermarkets, a marina with diving and deep-sea fishing possibilities, restaurants, nightclubs and medical assistance. The airports of Alghero and Olbia are about 80 km away, as are the ports of Olbia and Porto Torres. The owners have made special arrangements for their guests, such as discounts or free services, with the manager of La Marinedda beach, close to the house. Details of free offers or promotions will be communicated to you after booking. For example, during the low season, there is free beach service (two sunbeds and an umbrella) and further discounts on boat and beach equipment rental.
