This holiday flat is located in the quiet village of Marina, 500 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the village centre. The village is close to the UNESCO cities of Split (36 kilometres) and Trogir (12 kilometres).

There are two double beds and two single beds in the three bedrooms. The single beds can also be pushed together. The sofa bed in the living room, where the dining area and open-plan kitchen are also located, offers another two sleeping places. From here you can also access the terrace outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine (filter or espresso), fridge, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. The flat also has two shower rooms with WC. The equipment is completed with air conditioning and free WLAN. From your holiday flat you have a view of the garden and the mountains.
The 100 m² outdoor area in front of the house has a barbecue area with a shaded seating area and free parking. The communal pool and sunbathing area are located behind the house and offer everything you need for a warm summer's day, including plenty of sun loungers and parasols for relaxing and sunbathing as well as an outdoor shower. The pool is a special attraction at night, as it can be illuminated in different colours. There is also a covered seating area above the pool. The children's playground is also adjacent to the pool.
