It was very clean and tidy. The location is the best!

There was no iron and board for ironing so had to call for some and it delayed before I got them. Both iron and board were both in bad conditions so I had to call for replacement and again wasted a lot of my time. The internet was supposed to enable me enjoy the tv since there was not DSTV and too bad the internet barely worked.

Location is perfect. Staff is very polite. They are very neat.

Check in was a bit stressful because the airconditioning was not working properly. We got another one but the fridge was very small for a family of 4 for 5 nights. Eventually they offered another room which was better but the ac wasnt cooling the rooms well. The following day they fixed it so that was good. The wifi wasnt stable. One of the bathrooms the water wasn’t flowing well. This caused for the water to overflow in the bathroom. The telephone was not working so we had to use our own phones to call the reception. The cleaner who came the first 2/3 days did an excellent job. The other lady who took over left so many things behind to clean. It is not my first time in oasis park. My third time and I was in general dissappointed because of the points mentioned above. Last year you met my expectations very well and this year not, so I dont think I will come back here.
