Location. Very quiet and nice little table and chairs on deck.
It was smaller than expected.
Water from the tap smelled like sulfur and was offensive.
I've never paid $100 cleaning fee for such a small place and short stay.

The key pad on the door said it needed the battery replaced. Not knowing if we might get locked out I called both of the people listed to help with our stay. We never got a call back after trying both days. Messages couldn't be left at the first number.
