De Kleine Kriemelkuil {Het Herdertje}

Mooie plek en heel schoon

A lovely cabin in a small complex of a dozen or so similar cabins. Our host was lovely and came looking for us when our GPS would not take us up a 100m dirt road . Waking up to silence at around 7am and then hearing birds starting to move around and chirp. Lots of Robins, Wagtails and tiny wren like birds living in the hedgerows around the cabins . Having morning coffee outside my cabin I was lucky enough to see a red squirel on two mornings. 2x1 or 1x2? The Cabin is 100m away from The forest that apparently has amazing treks . I was happy to do out and back 1 hour leisurly strolls. It is about a 25 minute walk into the Centre of town which has restaurants , markets and good pubs. I was there for the Kings Birthday weekend. Spring has not fully sprung but I am sure in the height of the summer season that the way the Cabin park is set out to cater for the walkers and the younger families it will be good. It is well managed.

I only had 4 days there.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf einem kleinen Campingplatz mit nur 24 Plätzen. Es sind meist Mobilheime und in der Mitte ist ein Kinderbereich. Wir wurden von der sehr netten Gastgeberin Evelien erwartet und Sie hat uns unsere Unterkunft gezeigt. Wir hatten sogar einen kleinen abschließbaren Schuppen für unsere E-Bikes, Top. Das Heim ist sehr nett eingerichtet, verfügt über eine Heizung und einen Ventilator. Alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet und Alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden. Großes Bad mit gut funktionierender Dusche und bequemes Doppelbett. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder
