NON-SMOKING/VAPING VACATION RENTAL: There is no smoking or vaping in this house. Smoking is permitted downstairs only.
NEIGHBORLY ETIQUETTE/NOISE: Please be respectful and reduce music/people volume outside between 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
PET POLICY: Sorry, but no pets of any kind are allowed in the house.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The maximum capacity of 6 includes children.
OUTDOOR COOKING: No grilling/cooking on outside upper deck. This is a fire hazard and against a Galveston County ordinance.
AEROBIC TREATMENT SYSTEM: Do Not flush any feminine products, diapers, baby wipes or wet wipes of any kind.

My family & I loved our stay at The Gulf Breeze!It was very clean, had comfy beds and stocked with everything we needed. Beach access was a straight shot down the street which was really nice, especially with a golf cart! We will definitely be returning!!

The house was great and not far from the beach we was able to go straight down the rd and get on the beach. From the time we ck in and left we didn't have any problems at all.

I have an infant son who crawls. Anytime we travel I always sweep and mop before putting my son on the floor. I swept half of the house and realized there was NO DIRT on the floor! The house was super clean from top to bottom. For me cleanliness is a big deal when both your kids love to play on the floor.The check-in process was easy! Jerry was so helpful before and during our stay. Prior to arriving we decided to add another day to our reservation. I reached out to Jerry and he immediately updated our dates and sent a link for payment. Super easy & quick!The location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants steps away from the beach and the neighborhood is calm and quiet.After a day at the beach we all showered outside and grilled dinner. Yes, you read that right. We showered outside. Everything was perfect. My only advice to travels who come after rain, bring mosquito spray. The mosquitos were bad in the evening! We had OFF and had to spray the deck and ourselves to sit outside. We had such a relaxing weekend and look forward to our next trip with Blue Wave Rentals. Thank you!!
