About this house rental
Cozy Beach Cottage with water views. Located in the quaint area known as Pineneck. Perfect location walking distance to beaches, stores, restaurants and marina. Five minute drive to the town of Sag Harbor which offers amazing shopping, restaurants, and a whaling museum. Elizabeth Morton Wildlife preserve 5 minutes away (birds eat out of your hand). Meschumutt Park outside Sag Harbor has tennis courts, basketball courts and fantastic playground. Ocean located 15 minutes away at Mecox Beach.

We had the most wonderful time at this special Noyack beach cottage. The home was immaculate and fully stocked with games and toys and a shed full of awesome water gear. We stayed here during labor day week and had the most magical vacation. Biking to circle beach every day, kayaking, paddle boarding - and spending time in the yard in the afternoon where we could unwind while the kids played ball and enjoyed the outdoor shower! The home was fully equipped for whichever adventure we decided to endure. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the water and the light in the home is out of a film! We will definitely be coming back here next year and will always cherish the memories we created at this house as we enter the school year.

Maggie was a great host - reached out prior to check in, checked in with us during our stay and truly has thought of everything! The house is completed stocked with anything you might think of, all the beach gear too! House is beautifully updated, fully air conditioned and spacious. Very homey but the overall experience was also professional and polished, a perfect blend. Thanks for great memories!

In cute, quiet neighborhood with view of water and short walk to bay. Super convenient to all the Hamptons have to offer. The hosts have thought of everything -- all the beach and outdoor gear, firepit and grill, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor shower(!). So easy and awesome all around. Will go out of our way to track this place down next time we're in the area.

This home is exactly as pictured. Spotless and pristine and extremely well appointed (all appliances working well and easy to use), it was the perfect location for our family vacation. Outdoor shower is as good a shower as the inside one, and the yard is both expansive and picturesque with a lovely view of the bay. Maggie’s hospitality was warm and solicitous. We hope we can book a stay with her next year!!!
