Spend your day lounging on the beach, kitesurfing or just steps away from the best restaurants of Puerto Rico. The home is equipped with a water cistern as of June 2026.

This is a beautiful and very well-stocked beachfront property. We spent 4 nights for Christmas and had a lovely time. The location is perfect and in a safe neighborhood. The rooftop has amazing views. The host is very accessible and responsive--she even sent a handyman immediately when an issue with an appliance happened, which was very much appreciated. The only caution I would advise is if you are traveling with someone who has trouble climbing stairs, the bedrooms are accessed by a spiral staircase that is narrow and steep, so keep this in mind when booking. Otherwise, the property is a must stay! We couldn't have been happier. 5 stars are definitely warranted!

It was absolutely beautifully decorated and stocked way above and beyond a typical rental!!
We loved the location, close to restaurants and not a far drive to downtown San Juan.
The listing does show pictures of a beach right outside the property, but it is no longer there, the ocean comes right up to the gate.
Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely return!!!

Our stay at Casa II with two other couples was the perfect getaway. Joey, the house manager, was very friendly and welcoming and offered many suggestions on transportation and dining. We had all of the comforts of home and especially enjoyed being right on the water. The view from the upstairs master balcony was amazing. It was cozy and clean and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! A+
