This maisonette flat is located 1000 metres from the beach. Wonderful sea views from the terrace, kitchen and living room. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. The flat is in a quiet location.
The holiday flat with sea view is on the 2nd floor (attic) and is 100 sqm in size, on 2 floors with a large terrace. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster and a spacious dining area. The entire kitchen equipment is new (pots, pans, etc.) In the living room there is a large couch, stereo system and satellite TV. Both rooms have a view of the sea and access to the large terrace. Bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, hairdryer and washing machine. The bedroom has a bed (1.60 m wide) and a flatscreen TV. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom with double bed (1.80 m wide) and flatscreen TV. The other bedroom with 2 beds (each 1.00 m wide). Bathroom with bathtub and WC. Three air conditioning units (1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom and one upstairs in the hallway) are installed.
