A very well-equipped and generously proportioned holiday flat awaits you in a quiet yet centrally located cul-de-sac in Grömitz in Ostholstein.

The flat is on the first floor of a large detached house. On the ground floor there are three small, permanently rented granny flats.

The nearest supermarkets (Edeka, Netto) are 300m away, the town centre is 500m away and the main beach (beach promenade) at the large pier is 1500m away.

The house is in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac close to the town centre. Private car parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

The flat has two separate bedrooms, each with a 1.80 metre wide double bed, and a very spacious living room with a separate dining area, which is accessed directly from the kitchen.

The beach promenade with its pier and long sandy beach can also be easily reached on foot in 20 minutes (if you don't want to drive to one of the numerous public car parks).
