Quietly situated, modern holiday apartments with a balcony, just a few steps from the sea and a pebbled beach
This house with four apartments is in a quiet location, just a few steps from the Adriatic and a pebbled beach.
You can look forward to an apartment with a modern interior, with free use of air conditioning and wireless Internet access. Each apartment also has satellite TV and a safe for your valuables.
There is a garden with a grill area for the shared use of all guests and the total of five parking spaces are 50 metres from the house. Each apartment also has its own furnished balcony, where you can relax and sit together.
The optional breakfast is only served in your room. You can use the communal washing machine and iron at a supplementary cost. A sofa bed (140 x 190cm) is available if there are additional guests. Cars, bicycles, deckchairs and parasols can be hired easily locally. A shuttle service is also available on request.
It is 1.2km to the centre of Brela. The nearest grocery shop is just 100 metres away. There is a restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine within 400 metres. It is also just 400 metres to the nearest bus stop and it is 65km to Split airport. You can go on various tours and boat trips in the area.
This 35m² studio is on the first floor. It has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and opposite the bed there is a sofa bed (140 x 190cm), as well as a little dining space with two stools. Next to it there is the kitchen unit, equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. A wardrobe and a desk with a mirror are also provided. The flatscreen TV is mounted in the corner above the sofa. The bathroom provides a shower and WC. Air conditioning is available.
