A wood-burning stove and underfloor heating ensure cosiness on chilly days, while the open, light-flooded living room with its large panoramic windows invites you to relax. The bedroom boasts a comfortable, new box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), which ensures a restful night's sleep. A separate storage room and a carport round off the offer.
Externally, the house offers a marvellous south-west exposure with optimal sunlight, which invites you to linger not only on your own terrace. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and use the beach chair belonging to the accommodation, which is positioned on the beach.
The location of the house could hardly be better: Only approx. 250 metres from the beach, you can reach it and other leisure activities such as mini golf, horse riding, an indoor pool and much more within a few minutes' walk.
