This house with its two holiday apartments each for four people is on a quiet street, 400 metres from the local beach.
The owners can arrange rafting tours on the Cetina River with local agencies, on request.
Free wireless Internet access, satellite TV and air conditioning are available. Each apartment has its own 13m² balcony, furnished with a table and chairs. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby island of Brac. The parking spaces are in front of the house.
The beach, shops, sports faciliities and restaurants are within walking distance from the house. 400 metres away there is the luxury hotel “Le Meridien”, whose outdoor facilities you can use. There are direct bus connections to the towns of Split and Omis. It is only 25km to Split airport.
The 36m² apartment is on the second floor. It has a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The living room comprises a sitting area with a TV and a sofa bed (160 x 200cm), a dining space for four people and a kitchen unit equipped with hotplates, an oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. The living room has air conditioning. A glass sliding door opens directly onto the balcony.
Parking and a wood barbecue are in the yard.
The nearest grocery store and a pizzeria restaurant are 400 meters from the apartments. Within a radius of 600 meters there are various types of beaches and Hotel Le Meridien. The apartment is only nine kilometers from the historic center of Split and Diocletian's Palace, ideal for day trips to visit world-famous cultural and historical heritage sites.
What we recommend to our guests, in addition to the obligatory tour of Split, are a tour of Salona, Klis, Trogir, Omis, the islands of Brac and Hvar, the waterfalls of the river Krka.
