The house stands on a closed plot of 614 m² in a quiet part of Novigrad. Everything is quickly accessible on foot. The house is equipped with six apartments and about 400 meters from the sea.

The apartments are located on the first or second floor and in the attic with a separate entrance. The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortably furnished.

Each has a balcony or terrace with a wonderful view of the city of Novigrad and the sea. A shared barbecue area is available to our guests in the garden. The parking spaces for cars are available in front of the house on the street and are available free of charge. For the bikes we have a garage about 300 meters from the house or in the enclosed yard next to the house.

Shops, restaurants and the beach are within a radius of around 800 meters. Novigrad bus station is 600 meters from the apartments. The old town of Novigrad can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Pula Airport is 65 km away. Istralandia, a large water park, is 5 km away and offers a lot of fun.

A fully equipped kitchen is available for self-catering and includes a ceramic hob, a filter coffee machine and a dishwasher as well as a cosy dining table with chairs for all guests. The private bathroom is well equipped with a shower, WC and towels to ensure a pleasant stay.

Enjoy the luxury of air conditioning for optimum temperature control regardless of the weather. Although the provider lives on the same property, the location of the flat on the third floor guarantees privacy and tranquillity. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our accommodation, which ensures additional cleanliness and an allergy-friendly environment.

The sea is just 500 metres away and you can enjoy refreshing moments by the water. The surrounding area is ideal for relaxing walks and discovery tours. The nearest town centre is 800 metres away and offers various shopping opportunities and culinary experiences. With a grocery store also 800 metres away, you have everything you need for a carefree stay within easy reach.
