Two comfortably furnished, newly renovated (2015) holiday apartments in a quietly situated family house
These two holiday apartments are in the quiet locality of Stancija Vergotini near the coastal town of Porec, on the west coast of the sunny Istrian peninsula, providing ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday far away from tourist noise.
They each occupy one floor of the two-storey family house built in 2003, which was completely renovated just recently in 2015. Both apartments have their own separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay.
The apartments are about 2km from the Materada beach (awarded the Blue Flag), with crystal clear water and a swimming pool. It is about 1.8km to the centre of the coastal town of Porec. Supermarkets, including a Lidl and a Kaufland, and a good range of cafés and restaurants can be found just 1km away.
The 49m² holiday apartment on the first floor consists of a living and dining room, a separate and fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room provides a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and satellite TV. Right next to it there is the fully-equipped kitchen with a four-zone gas hob with an extractor fan, an electric oven, a fridge and freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, as well as a dining table with a spacious bench. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), bedside tables, reading lamps and a cupboard with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed (120 x 190cm). The bathroom comprises a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Internet (wifi) is available and included in the price.
The living room opens onto the private balcony in a conservatory style, with another dining table and chairs. Outdoor stairs lead from the apartment down into the shared garden with a terrace and a grill, inviting you to enjoy long evenings outdoors together. There is a secure parking space in front of the house.
