This detached holiday house is on the outskirts of the town Neustadt-Glewe in a quiet location. The house was built in 1990 and was last renovated in 2016.

The nearest centre with a train station and a grocery shop is about a kilometre away. Neustädter See is only about 2km away. It is worth driving to the Baltic Sea about 80km away on a day trip and to swim in the sea there in fine weather.
