This detached holiday house is on the outskirts of the town Neustadt-Glewe in a quiet location. The house was built in 1990 and was last renovated in 2016.
A terrace awaits you outside with a garden table and garden chairs, as well as a charcoal grill, so you can enjoy a grill evening in fine weather. You can park your car on a free shared parking area 25 metres away. You can bring a maximum of one pet.
With around 100m² of living space on two floors, it provides ample space for a maximum of six people.
The living room has a comfortable sofa suite, a coffee table and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, the other with two single beds 90cm wide. Stairs lead to the upper floor with a further double bed 180cm wide and a dining table for dining together. He owner can provide board games for all ages for a leisurely games evening. There is partial heating. All the rooms have Wi-Fi access.
The nearest centre with a train station and a grocery shop is about a kilometre away. Neustädter See is only about 2km away. It is worth driving to the Baltic Sea about 80km away on a day trip and to swim in the sea there in fine weather.
