Location was great
With a family of 8 having a dishwasher & washing machine was a god send. Good size fridge & freezer
Having 2 bathrooms and a down stairs toilet
Great size bedrooms
Also being in a WhatsApp chat great idea
A few minor thing but the worktops are quite marked in the kitchen and the en-suite sink the basin top is starting to peal
To keep it at a top rating villa this needs to be kept on top

The backyard with the pool was beautiful and very comfortable, although it was February and too cold to swim. It was convenient to a Lidl grocery store (2 minutes walk). There are many restaurants within walking distance however almost all were closed while we were there, and we had to drive to Agia Napa or Paralimni. Kitchen was well equipped.
The wi-fi did not reach the upstairs - only an extender is needed to fix this issue. The couch in the living room was not very comfortable.

Large for 4 people, but too small for 8 I would say.

Nice pool
It was a bit worn, old furniture. Not like pictures.
A very busy and nosy street is just next to villa, so expect noise.
We where there in mid October and even though we had sunny weather all week and the previous weeks, the pool was to cold to swim in. So plan for heating the pool.
