Very nice and comfortable stay in a nice part of the village.

Very nice autonomous house with a large garden in a quiet area of Agria near the shore. Clean and well-equipped with a few useful extras like olive oil, coffee filters and a small bottle of Metaxa which was very welcomed!

Nothing negative really. The only thing to possibly say is that the master bedroom had no air-con and you had to keep the door open to rely on the air-con in the living room. It was still adequately cooled but you lose a bit of privacy if you're travelling with kids.

Great comfort and privacy for a piecefull location.

The house is perfectly clean comfortable, great size for 4-6 people, equipped with everything you need for a vacation, from the kitchen, 2 Air conditioners, washing machine. Location is on a 5-10 min walking distance to the beach and restaurants and coffeehouses. It is perfectly quiet and provides great privacy with a private garden.

Clean, spacious, warm house close to the sea promenade

Very good location, easy to park cars. Very hospitable owner, the communication was quick and efficient. The house is spacious and has everything you might need. We especially appreciated that there was heating, because it is winter. It was clean, the area is quiet and overall it is a very good value for money. We would visit again in summer and would recommend you to visit this house as well. Also would be very comfortable for 4 people. Beautiful garden where you can spend some time under the lemon trees :) it is 10 minutes walking distance from the center and taverns

The house is great for a family vacation

The house is very cozy, the air conditioning is essential and works great. The kitchen is well equipped, has everything you may need. The washing machine is very useful when traveling with family for a few weeks. The internet worked well. The connection with the the property manager was easy and pleasant.

We were hopping for a barbecue but it was removed due to fire hazard. As the kitchen has oven and stovetop we managed with no problem.

The area, the owners and the house are just awesome!

The owners of this property are very nice! Everything is very clean and the garden is just awesome. The landscape there is amazing. You are also very close to Volos. There was a restaurant which was absolutely stunning (the place is called “Brighton”)…. The food in Agria was also very very delicious! The people in this area speak English. You guys will love it there.

There was an somehow aggressive dog straight infront of the street (one corner away, when you leave the property to the right ). Therefore we avoided the road straight to the sea and went always around two corners to go there. But it is not the problem of the property and the owners! It was only one thing which was a little bit disturbing… but not that much, cause you have three more opportunities to leave the area :)

Aangenaam

Fijne tuin met schaduwplekken. Het huis is schoon, lekkere bedden. Het is op korte loopafstand van het strand en het dorp .

De bouw aan de naastgelegen woningen in de ochtend, elektrische zaag. Hier kunnen de eigenaren natuurlijk niets aan doen maar het is minder prettig bij lekker in de tuin zitten.

Nippes weg- paar Sachen erneuern- dann ist’s top

Guter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter per WhatsApp. Persönliche Übergabe durch Mrs Eirini - Dankeschön. Allein stehendes Haus. Umzäunt. Hunde können nicht rein- nur die 4 Katzen, die „dazu gehören“ ;). Der Garten war genial-schattig unter Zitronen Bäumen. Wasserschlauch zum kühlen der Terrasse. Lage sehr gut- zu Tavernen zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Volos mit Auto 20 min. Zum Baden ideal- auch mal schnell abends rein. Supermarkt und Lidl 10 min mit Auto. Abends fussläufig zur Strandpromenade- Cafés und Bars. Trotzdem war im Haus nichts zu hören. Doppel-Bett groß und gemütlich, Einzelbetten denken wir genauso!?.. Sofa-Bereich mit TV nicht genutzt- weil zu schön draußen ;). Küche groß- Ausstattung ok und ausreichend- Gewürze, Zucker, Salz etc vorhanden. (Von Vorgängern- Geschmacksache ob man sie nutzt!) grundsätzlich sauber- Ausnahmen siehe unten.

Stühle waren nicht wie auf Bild, sondern nur 2 davon- Rest die weißen einfachen. Pergola nicht als P nutzbar- zu schmal. Auto steht im Hof- super- aber in der Sonne. Stufen zur Wohneinheit. Waschmaschine alt, rostig- nicht brauchbar- und trotz 90 Grad durchlaufen lassen, schlammig und riecht. Dusche verkalkt und nicht sauber am Boden/Scheiben/Dichtungen. Griffe im Bad blättern ab. Zuviel Nippes, alt und Schubladen voll mit Deko etc.

Ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in Agria!

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Dame die uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat war sehr freundlich. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Küche, Waschmaschine) und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Wir hätten uns über Sonnenliegen gefreut, damit wir nachmittags noch etwas in der Sonne hätten liegen können.
