The villa was designed by the famous architect Andre Svetchine and features his signature such as the rare old terracotta floors throughout, antique fireplaces and glazed lava tiled bathrooms.
Nestled into the hill above the picturesque village of St. Jean, assures the stunning panoramic eastward sea-views from all rooms. The living room has a working antique stone fireplace, a dining table and accesses both the breakfast terrace of the master bedroom as well as the pool area.
The loggia area offers a fireplace, a table with seating for 12 and large panoramic windows that slide into the wall opening onto the exceptional 180 degree view of the village, St. Hospice and the sea with Italy in the background. There is a water cascade built into the rock beside the pool,which can be floodlight and for the in-between season be heated. The village with its numerous shops, restaurants, port and several beaches is only minutes walk away.
The master bedroom opens onto a 'breakfast terrace', has English Satellite TV, en suite bathroom has double sinks and separate toilet. 2nd bedroom's double French doors open onto the garden, en suite shower room with large walk-in tiled shower, toilet, bidet, double sinks and a sea view. 3rd bedroom's bathroom features sink, bath, bidet and toilet. 4th bedroom's en suite shower room has tiled shower, toilet and sink. The fourth bedroom suite is part of the villa but has its own separate entrance from the terrace near the front door.
All bedrooms are air conditioned, are spacious and have plenty of cupboard space. Excellent Wifi reception throughout villa, the bedrooms have cabled extenders.The kitchen is fully and extensively fitted and has plenty of white Limoges china, cutlery and variety of glasses.
