My second time staying here and it's definitely the best place to stay when in Vipava valley. It's immaculately clean, comfortable and at quiet location. The house has everything you need.

The small house was very convenient, everything you can think of is there. It was a nice interior and very, very clean. The location was next to a park and very peaceful.
I was asleep around 21.15, door closed, lights out, shutters halfway down.
Suddenly somebody just started rolling up the shutters and opened my door for coming in. No knocking, nothing. So I woke up pretty dazed and once the person saw I was sleeping he closed the door again. It did ruin my sleep and that's the only reason I don't give a max score but only half. Was pretty pissed off. So privacy can be a bit better.
