False pictures at Booking
Good location. Nice automatisation of processes
Room doesn’t match pictures at all. Instead of cosy room we’ve got a gloomy small space with bad lighting and windows to nowhere. I’ve complaint that we’ve got not what we’ve ordered, but manager just confirmed that it is what it is (and that I’m looking to another room category). Also EN version of application is just partially in English, what confused a lot self check-in process. Instruction for the parking is false. Instruction how to get breakfast is a quest. Glad to hear that neighbors are having female orgasms every morning and evening, but this is a minor feature comparing to mentioned above.

Traumatic experience
On a positive note, my room was spacious, there was a coffee machine with excellent coffee, a large shower, and the provided toiletries were the most fragrant I have ever experienced in hotels around the world. The restaurant was also fantastic—despite the kitchen officially being closed, we were served an excellent steak and fish.
During my stay, there were significant safety and health issues that I believe other guests should know about. Most urgently, I was forced to call the emergency line twice during the night because someone repeatedly tried to enter my room—at least three times, both manually and digitally—while I was locked and barricaded inside. Only the police were able to help me leave the hotel safely after what was a truly traumatic experience. Breakfast is provided in a cardboard box that sits in the lobby for all rooms. In my opinion, this does not meet health and safety standards, as cold items like ham, cheese, and bread are in direct contact with the paper box, and anyone can access these boxes since they are left out in an open lobby. Additionally, the main door to the building could not be locked, meaning anyone could enter the premises 24/7, which further added to my concerns regarding security. Since this is likely a historic building, there is no elevator available. The narrow, winding staircase makes it difficult to carry large suitcases up and down. The window is at the level of the roof of the adjacent building, which makes it possible to walk or even jump down from the upper floor of the hotel. During my nighttime incident, I found this very unfortunate because if someone entered the room through the window, no one would hear or see it. Room service came into the room unannounced and without knocking; fortunately, I was in the bathroom, which had a lock and heavy security door. Unfortunately, despite some positive aspects, the nighttime incident was so distressing and the overall lack of security so profound that I must leave a low rating. Safety must always come first.

An outstanding experience which we will long remember
Loved the whole experience here. Great room, helpful staff and dinner was outstanding. When we were told that a breakfast box would be ready in our pigeonhole from 07:30 we expected a croissant and not much more. But talk about exceeding expectations! Fantastic spread and a superb start to the day.

Pictures Are Misleading - Avoid Room 1
The breakfast box and shower were very good. Great central location.
Getting into the hotel was a fiasco. Everything works off digital keys, but there was no digital key for the front door, which was locked. It took almost an hour to sort out, no doubt made more difficult by the fact there is no reception. This is a hotel that avoids all personal interaction. When we finally got into our room we realised immediately that it bore little resemblance to the photos attached to our booking. We mentioned this to the young man who sorted out the key problem. His response was that there are five of these rooms...yet only one set of photos appears on Booking com. The bedding was totally different from the photos, the windows were covered in opaque film letting in very little light unlike the photos posted. The windows in Room 1 look out onto an alleyway behind 'The Steak Club'. You have to crane your neck and look high up to see the sky. People walk by your windows changing beer kegs, emptying glass bottles or doing other work-related things. Bearing in mind that there is so little natural light, you'd think the owners would make sure that there is plenty of artificial light. Not so. Others have commented on this, but it has still not been rectified. Even with all the lights on, it is dark. There was no desk (as advertised). The table and chairs make it impossible to get into the cupboard. Having the bed made up as shown in the pictures would have helped, but the bedding was a little sad with threadbare sheets and scorched cushion covers. The main sheet barely covered the mattress. If you're going to sell rooms like this, you need to offer a discounted price and accurately describe what it is you're offering...then people won't be disappointed. This particular room was totally overpriced, in our opinion. Other rooms may have met our expectations, but this room did not.

Quirky but enjoyable.
It was difficult to reach the location as a road was closed for rebuilding. We enjoyed being on the town square and the Saturday night revelry didn't disturb us much. Breakfast (in a box) was as expected and met our needs.
I would describe the electronic door locks as unusual (and I have professional experience of fitting electronic locks). They failed to work twice and the absence of staff to fix problems was a nuisance. The staircase to our room was very steep and dark, which meant that we had to be very careful when descending with luggage. We had an excellent dinner at the steak house next door.

Great room and location, staff only in the afternoon/evening.
Excellent and very large room with balcony. Very comfortable bed. Located in the centre of the town square with all shops and restaurants around.
No staff when restaurant is closed. Make sure you get a code for a locker to get your room key on arrival. Breakfast is not in the restaurant, it's a prepared box delivered in the morning. You eat in your room.

Home away from home
Hidden away from the hustle and Bussle. Access was very easy, but you need a phone that can do contactless payments and email access. Attached restaurant is great and the included breakfast was delicious.

Good stay for 1 night.
Location was good in the city centre. The rooms were clean and spacious.
Wooden floors, so you hear when people above or below your room are walking around. Breakfast is served in a box, to eat in your room, this was enough but basic.
