This charming mountain abode offers guests a spacious, ski-in/ski-out suite with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The home features a fully-equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials to prepare mouth-watering meals and snacks for everybody, a breakfast bar able to seat four people, and there is a dining area with a table able to accommodate six people, perfect for a nice dinner with old friends. The living room is the main gathering spot of the condo featuring an inviting river rock gas fireplace, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, comfortable furnishings, large windows with beautiful mountain views, vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan for the warmer months, and access to a private balcony with views of the mountain, ideal for enjoying the fresh mountain air. For entertainment purposes, the condo is equipped with four flatscreen TVs, a Blu-ray player, three DVD players, and complimentary WiFi for your enjoyment. Additional amenities include an in-suite washer and dryer and complimentary parking for your convenience.
The lovely main bedroom features a king-size bed, large windows facing the slopes, a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, and an attached main bathroom with a double vanity, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom provides two twin beds, a ceiling fan, a flatscreen TV, and an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For additional sleeping capacity, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants like Four Points Lodge or Ragnar’s. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, less than four miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars. Summer Activities: You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Reservations for sports teams are determined case by case. The area is not available for full team bookings and will require a damage waiver signed at check-in.
Occupancy restrictions are enforced and only guests at Christie Club will be allowed to use the onsite amenities.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We had everything we needed for the 4 days we stayed with the exception of some laundry tabs (usually I pack a few tide pods but we just grabbed some in town). I never inquired with the staff but they may be provided. Great to have laundry in the unit. The shuttle service was great. The grills by the pool were nice to have, and the staff even started for us to get it preheated. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the gym. The workout space was larger than most places and had all we needed. Note the pool you see from the balcony is the Antlers. It was more crowded than Christie Club and we had no issues walking a building up to use that one. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony it the cool mornings and evenings. We used the fans in every room to keep cool and filled the air humidifiers every night to keep us from drying out too much! A must have in Colorado. Yahtzee was great to have for a family game on a rainy afternoon.

The beds are cheap and hard, the kitchen doesn’t have everything you need when planning to cook your own meals. The hot water did not work at first but the property maintenance was quick to address it. We stayed in summer season and location was excellent. The front desk was very attentive and helpful. The description did not say anything about three flights of stairs to get into the unit, it was difficult for the elderly guests with us. The deck only has two chairs for a three bedroom, 8 guest property.
