Spanning 88 square meters, the apartment features a dining room facing the dike with a balcony, as well as a bathroom with a shower and two sinks. You’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed facing the garden and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the large rooftop terrace. Head up the stairs from the hallway, and you’ll find yourself in the living room, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Elbe. No smoking—no pets.

Located right on the dike, the Alte Land region is home to our 5-star Haus Helgoland. Located near the Elbe River, you’re just 450 meters from the Lühe ferry terminal. The “Unterland” vacation apartment is on the first floor, and the “Oberland” apartment, with a view of the Elbe, is on the upper floor.
There is currently a construction site in the neighborhood.

Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is possible from 06:00 to 10:00.
