Beachfront awesome views rooms very small but clean and newly remodeled

The rooms were clean and did have a balcony with ocean views and all new and updated and personnel was very pleasant and helpful at all times.

The rooms were extremely tiny no room to even walk around the bed, it was just to tight.

Tremendous experience.

The Paquebot just fit perfectly all we needed for a quiet sunny fancy get away on the beach in Normandy. The director is beyond lovely with a great sense of humor and the restaurant staff will take care of you at every move, plus the food was delicious.

The view is nice. The decoration of the rooms is also nice.

Normally I don't give bad reviews but this hotel deserves it: - They taxed (of 9€ per person per night) us tourist tax, when booking.com said it was included. - The staff, especially the older lady at the reception was kind of rude: an example: we ordered our breakfast with a checklist and she claimed that we didn't check some things, but we are 100% sure of it; (customer satisfaction isn't their priority). - The breakfast was very poor for 18€. - The choice of dinner is very limited. We also didn't get what we asked for (like blue steak instead of 'bien cuit'). The room service is even more limited and not flexible at all. - The rooms are very small. - The view is nice but from your balcony other guests are visible. You can also see factories/industry from the hotelrooms.

Topadres om op adem te komen en te genieten van strandwandelingen, lekker eten en rust!

Geweldige ligging aan de zee. Supervriendelijke bediening. Food is niet gastronomisch maar wel lekker en degelijk. Het hotel was héél proper en er werd voldaan aan de vragen welke werden gesteld. DIt is een adres om niet te vergeten, terug te komen en aan te raden!

Un super hôtel 4 étoiles

Super emplacement, un accueil et service exceptionnel. Nous étions en cabine 104 vue sur mer . Peignoir et serviette à disposition et produits de toilette . Parking à proximité qui ne nous a pas été facturé . Très bon restaurant avec une proposition de plats variés et raffinés . Petit dej en chambre 18€ par personne . Un grand Merci à l’ensemble du personnel de cet établissement. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Idéalement situé, promenade sur bord de plage à faire absolument après un dîner sur la terrasse du restaurant.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Accueil chaleureux, magnifique vue sur la mer, cadre calme en bord de mer. Le restaurant est très bon. Une belle adresse pour se détendre !

Un paquebot fixe qui s’ensable. Dommage !

Très belle situation en bord de mer avec vue, le bémol restant qu’en face c’est la zone portuaire du Havre qu’on voit aussi. La responsable est très avenante et a contribué à adoucir mes ardeurs critiques.

Le Pdj est quelconque, sans rien de salé, salade de fruits en conserve servi dans une salle où le nous avons demandé les deux matins de notre séjour l’arrêt de la climatisation car trop froid. La cuisine du restaurant est bâclée par un chef démotivé, mais la terrasse est très agréable par beau temps. Le concept de paquebot permet à l’établissement de vendre cher des chambres petites voir très petite, appelées « cabine ».

Très décevant !!

La chambre était belle, propre et confortable.

L’accueil de la patronne, très froid et peu professionnel. Elle ne met pas du tout à l’aise, ce qui gâche l’expérience. Heureusement, la réceptionniste et le fils étaient très agréables. Le petit déjeuner en chambre est indigne du prix : café sans goût, viennoiseries sèches, jus en brique trop sucré. Enfin, la fameuse “vue sur mer” donne surtout sur Le Havre… Très décevant pour un séjour à ce tarif. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
