This Mountain View Apartment (across from the beach) features two bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom), a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed (futon: 160x200 mattress), and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. Each apartment features spacious balconies where guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of Erice.

The apartment is designed for independent travelers. The layout is particularly suited to lovers of outdoor activities and sustainable tourism. Our philosophy promotes a mindful approach to consumption (electricity, water, recycling). The property offers guests a beautiful terrace for yoga. Outside the property, you’ll find ample private parking and a garden with a barbecue, as well as dedicated storage lockers for kitesurfing, windsurfing, fishing, and diving equipment, among others. In addition, a workshop has been set up in the garden with all the necessary tools for bicycle repair and storage.
