About this villa rental
Lovely holiday villa for 8 people in Javea with private pool and beautiful views of the Montgo mountain and the valley. This beautiful Spanish style holiday home with nice arches and a covered terrace "naya", is very spacious, all on one level and offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet and a large kitchen. It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped, there is of course Wi-Fi but also air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room. The spacious, partly covered terrace with sitting area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue offers the opportunity to dine or relax outside while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley. Around the house is a large garden with a lawn. In short, this beautiful holiday home is ideal for the whole family, two families or several couples. For the colder seasons there is heating and underfloor heating and because of the L-shaped naya and the spacious garden around, there is always a place in the sun. Therefore this villa is also a lovely place in the winter and on request you can even use the pool heating (at extra charge).
The villa is located 10 minutes from the village of Javea, with a quarter of an hour you are on the beach and from here you also can easily reach Denia or the shopping center of Ondara. Interior

We enjoyed the stay: everything was up to good standards, enough space for 2 families, 2 little children each, the kitchen well equipped, we like bbq outside, lovely garden and outdoor space, decent pool, a bit too deep for the littlest ones, so we needed to be very careful they don’t get too close unattended.
Location is good if you mainly want to stay in the house, any beach or town is a 10-15 min ride.
We experienced some mosquito bites but the time we stayed there started being rainy
and humid.
The only things not working: ice machine but we received a bag of ice as soon as we raised it, the tv seemed to offer only a german radio(lol) and the gas bottle for the bbq was empty but was replaced immediately.
The property manager was incredibly responsive and efficient.

Stunning villa with amazing views. Amenities are perfect for a family stay and the grounds are as good for the children as the pool area. Would visit again!!
