Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cannot beat this location! But these units need attention and staff very nice but not very responsive. We did not have robes in the rooms and the TV remote had stuff spilled all over it and it was not working. We had asked multiple times for both. Dishwasher also did not work. Units are well stocked which is very nice. The bed and couch are super soft and probably need replacing.

Trailhead truly has everything that you need to have a wonderful fun-filled winter vacay. The condo is roomy and cozy, the location is prime, access to the gondola, hot tubs, & other amenities is fantastic, and the hotel staff is great. We love everything about the trail head. Even the restaurant next-door, Brick, is fantastic.
