EagleRidge Townhomes 1521 is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom townhouse that features multiple floors, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood flooring, all within an easy walk of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for early morning snacks before the day's activities, as well as a dining area with a table that's perfect for a nice dinner in. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and access to a private deck where you can take in the fresh mountain air. Altogether, the home is equipped with five flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi, as well as a washer/dryer and a one-car garage for your convenience. On the grounds of the EagleRidge community, you'll have access to a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter ski shuttle.
The master suite features a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Property was perfect. Great location and would definitely do it again. Just a few little items need attention. Heat didn’t work downstairs and access direction are not clear. For example it said “Gate code” but there is no gate. It should say garage code.

We loved the floor plan of this property for our large blended family. We also loved how close we were to basically everything. The shuttle service was amazing. We had a car, but we didn’t have to use it often. The property was clean and very nicely appointed as far as furniture, bedding, etc. The space was great. We were all able to spread out and not feel cramped for our family of 6. I would absolutely love to stay here again.

Location is great and bones are there for house but something is wrong with the heat that even when you turn it off it doesn’t turn down. The kitchen has lots of broken glasses/utensils and visible wear and tear on the furniture. But location was great and a big size property.
