About this apartment rental
Why not spend your next vacation in the beautiful Eifel region (not a flood-prone area)? In addition to wonderful hiking and biking trails, you’ll find a variety of attractions in the surrounding area, such as Eltz Castle, the Nürburgring, and the Moselle River with its ancient wine-growing villages. If you’d like to take a stroll through the city… the cities of Trier and Koblenz are easily accessible via the highway and are definitely worth a visit.
Our house, “Am Aller-liebsten,” features two apartments. Both apartments were completed in 2020 with great attention to detail. You can expect comfortable amenities in a modern design.
Amenities: Flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, hair dryer, controlled living room ventilation with filtered fresh air, patio furniture.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room on the first floor and can be used free of charge.
Apartment 1 measures 82 m² and features an 18 m² balcony with a view of the greenery. The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a modern kitchen, a bathroom, a storage room, one bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with a 1.40 m bed.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
You can park right in front of the house and have the option to charge an electric car using the available 22-kW wall box.

Wunderschöne,modern eingerichtete Wohnung.Es ist alles da,was man braucht.Großer Balkon mit schönem Ausblick über Gärten und Häuser.
Von dort hat man es mit Auto nicht weit zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugszielen. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür runden das ganze ab.
Absolut zu empfehlen und der Kontakt verlief auch super. Danke:)

Wer einen schönen, ruhigen Ort zum entspannen sucht & eine Umgebung bevorzugt, in der man vielfältige Unternehmungsmöglichleiten hat, ist hier genau richtig.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu gestaltet, sehr hell und modern. Der große Sonnenbalkon bietet Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Alles super und auch die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei geklappt! Vielen Dank.
