Great location. Walking distance to the public beach. The complex is immaculately maintained. There is plenty of room outside on lawn to relax, and there are gas grills. There is a nice pool with plenty of loungers. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The screened balcony overlooks the grounds and is very quiet. The furniture could use some updating to make it more comfortable. All in all we had a great vacation at White Sands.

I had a wonderful stay for the month of February. The condo grounds and location are perfection. The pool was truly heated and the people very friendly. Beach only a ten minute walk away. The condo can use some updating especially the lanai. And be aware that the master bed mattress is very high. I’m 5’2” and needed a step stool to get up. The property manager was “ itrip Sarasota and Venice”.They were absolutely fabulous. Responded to every question immediately. I would book with them again for another property. Overall I had a great stay.

Location and Siesta Key beach were top notch. Just cross the street beside the condo and you’re at the beach. Unit was a disappointment. It needs a really good carpet cleaning or replacing, new pillows/sheets, blinds and LR furniture. Furniture was very outdated and uncomfortable. Kitchen tap has very little water pressure. Thermostat was broken when we arrived. Had to wait for a service person. Other units were very nice inside. These owners need to clean and update their unit. This all made the price of the rental unit way overpriced for a 3 week stay. Would love to return to this condo complex but they are already booked for same time next year. Would not want this particular unit though.
