Enjoy summer fun in this 3 bedroom with bonus room and 3 bathroom condo! Located only 15 minutes from Katherine Landing, 10 minutes from the Laughlin casinos and close to town for your shopping needs. Large open floor plan, newly furnished and stocked, close to the pool and lots of parking with great view from the patio! This fun luxury condo is great for friends and family to gather.
SLEEPING: Larger Master Bedroom: King Bed with luxury attached bathroom | Master Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with attached Bathroom | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with attached Jack and Jill Bathroom to living room | Bonus Room: Queen Bed with Full Trundle Bed
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, small eat-in bar, Dining table seats 8 people, Dining set up's for 12
LIVING ROOM: Large wrap around sofa, 2 chairs, 65” TCL Smart TV with Roku, Cable Included in Living room
OUTDOOR: Unit is up 16 stairs, Private Patio with mountain views
GENERAL: Washer and dryer, new linens & towels, open floor plan, air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, central heating, self-check-in with keyless entry
PARKING: Cars: Open Parking for two vehicles / Vessel: Please park on the street outside the community gate / No Garage Parking
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Pool, hot tub, gated entry

We do have a few house rules that we ask that you abide by while you are staying. If these rules seem too much, we might not be a great fit; and that is okay!
We feel most the rules are pretty agreeable, please review the below rules and if feel you can abide by these please initial the house rules.
1. Primary Guest
a. must be over age 35 to secure the reservation.
b. A photo government ID matching VRBO Profile of Primary Guest must be sent to secure the reservation.
c. Primary Guest must be staying on property during reservation dates.
2. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay overnight in the Property is limited to eight (8).
3. Don’t steal our stuff and don’t purposefully damage our property.
4. No Pets.
5. All trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster.
6. No Smoking or Vaping indoors or on balcony.
7. Do not tamper, block or cover our exterior security cameras.
8. Do not tamper with our owners closet or garage.
9. No parties or large gatherings.
10. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
11. We do require a $1,500.00 refundable security deposit. This will be refunded with in 14 days of check-out less any damages, if applicable.
Per VRBO policies we have the right to evict guests who are found breaking the rental agreement or any house rules.

We really enjoyed this condo. Plenty of space to spread out, and a really cool view from the balcony. The place is clean and well appointed with all we needed.

The property is located about 3 miles from the lake and 3 miles from the casinos. The rooms were large and spacious and 3 bedrooms had their own on-suite. we were very comfortable with the condo. The only concern was the bedroom near the living room had very little ac coming out of the vent and our friends staying in that room were uncomfortable. They had to leave the bedrom door open to get some cool air from the living room but it was still not comfortable. We told the owner that it should be looked at. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

This is a great unit and very roomy, we had plenty of room for 8 Adults/Teens! The only issue which is minor is that the thermostat was locked to not go below 73 degrees and the condo was very warm at night.
